Exercise “fun size” snack breaks
As we are moving forward out of covid restrictions and into more normal routines, many of us are noticing a little extra jiggle in our wiggle… Or is it just me? Did you gain some extra pounds over the past 2 years? Or is it just me?….
With a busy schedule it can sometimes be difficult to find time for a full workout which makes getting exercise at all easy to skip. So I came up with “exercise snacks”. These snacks are served several times a day during our regular routines. Integrating squats with tooth brushing, bicep curls while brewing coffee, lunges walking down the hall and maybe counter push ups after washing hands. Basically, take some time to move and play during menial tasks. Start small and add more over time. Before you know it, you will be making time for full workouts and seeing healthy results!
